This training includes 6 days of training (typically held Thursday - Saturday from 8:30am CST - 5:00pm CST each day), 10 hours of consultation performed remotely via Zoom.com, and 40 Continuing Education Units for Psychologists, Social Workers, Licensed Clinician Professional Counselors, and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists.
Southaven, MS trainings will be held at the HEC Southaven, MS office at 6858 Swinnea Rd., Bldg 7, Southaven, MS
Palos Heights, IL trainings will be held at the HEC Palos Heights, IL office at 7300 W. college drive, Suite 203, Palos Heights, IL
A Basic Training Certificate will be provided following full completion of:
- Full attendance at all 6 days of training from 8:30am CST to 4:00pm CST. (NO PARTIAL CREDIT IS PROVIDED)
- Participation in ALL onsite/training practicums. (if you are pregnant or planning on being pregnant at the time of the training, we ask that you postpone enrollment until AFTER you have completed your pregnancy)
- Each attendee must attend five 2-hour group consultations (totaling 10 hours of consultation) in addition to the training sessions. Group consultations are conducted by a video conference call. (An access link will be emailed to you along with instructions for first-time users.)

If you are currently working outside of the realm of direct clinical care, we encourage you to refrain from taking this training until you are able to perform EMDR Therapy with clients on a regular basis.
